PLACE:   PAVILION

DATE:   OCT. 5, 2004

This report is being prepared for informational purposes and contains a list of activities that have occurred during the month of Sept 2004. Copies of this report are to be given to the members of the Potosi Lake Village Board of Directors and also posted on the community bulletin board to supply the membership with information concerning this project

At the present time there is very little to report. The only new thing to report is that a copy of our Preliminary Engineering Report has been presented to the Missouri Water and Waste water Review Board in Jefferson City. This review board will make the decision as to our availability for funding through the Department Of Natural Resources for the eligibility of a Block Grant to finance part of our project. The review committee will also establish a priority list in which we will be placed. This Block Grant” is the major source of funding for our project

Mr. Bob Summers, (Schultz Engineering) forwarded a copy of the completed Geohydrologic report that was done at Potosi Lake Village. I understand that this report was also submitted to the Water and Waste Water Review Board.

A copy of this report is available to any member who requests it (573 562-0191)

()n Wednesday. September 22, 2004, I received a copy of the sample ballot that will be available for the registered voters living within the proposed Public Water Supply District No, 3 of Washington County Missouri to mark on Nov ember 2. 2004. This will be titled as a “special election” ballot and will he available to the registered voters at the Stoney Point and Hopewell precincts. I want to remind all members that an affirmative vote for our district on November 2nd will be a vote for community progress.
